Environment and access

Staircases on the courtyard side are built level with the ground, allowing easy access for prams and wheelchairs. Five story buildings are equipped with Kone EcoSpace elevators to ensure quick access to all floors.

Smart layout

A rational spatial plan with clearly demarcated active and quiet areas will ensure the necessary degree of privacy in even the most compact of apartments. Correctly proportioned rooms mean no wasted space.

Spacious balconies

Each apartment has a balcony at least 2 m deep with floors made from barefoot-friendly thermal wood. Vertical decorative walls ensure extra privacy and shade, while the 1.10 m railings with narrow vertical openings are safe for children and handy for balcony gardening.

Garden access

Apartments on the ground floor have exclusive access to adjoining green areas, sheltered from the rest of the courtyard with shrubs and accessible via small balcony railing gates.

Celings

Seamless 2.72 m ceilings give a sense of breadth and freedom, as well as offer freedom in choosing lighting and design solutions. The urban villa apartments have ceiling heights of between 2.9 and 3.6 m in the living spaces.

Large windows

Most apartments have windows facing both sides of the building for optimal lighting during the day. Flora 3 glazing units with wooden frames provide excellent noise insulation and indoor microclimate, which translates to savings on heating.

Floors

Living spaces sport easy-to-maintain LVT flooring by Tarkett, while Ragno tiles are used for the bathrooms. As for the urban villa apartments, living spaces are floored using Bjelin parquet and exclusive Mosa tiling adorns the bathrooms.

Doors

Residents’ privacy is secured by locally produced Līva AB NORD fireproof entrance doors. Interior spaces are separated either by Līva AB NORD doors with recessed hinges and magnetic locks or by Vauksa wooden doors with recessed hinges.

Bathrooms

Bathrooms come with pre-installed designer plumbing fixtures – PAA cast stone bathtubs and shower trays, Villeroy & Boch or Laufen washbasins and wall-mounted toilets, Grohe or Hansgrohe faucets and shower systems.

Fresh air

Fresh air indoors is supplied via Fresh 90 Thermo-dB heat-insulated valves with dust filters and noise dampeners. Bathrooms have Soler & Palau Silent Design 100 CZ exhaust fans with separate switches and individual leads.

Storage

The lobbies of rental apartments have built-in or freestanding wardrobes. Larger apartments have utility spaces and walk-in wardrobes. All Lindenholma residents have access to individual storage spaces as well as lockable bicycle storage in the basement of the buildings.
